The exciting Sweepstakes is our way to say "Thank you" to our loyal customers who have supported V247 and used our superior services and products such as V247 phone cards, V247 Mobile, and V247 Power.

• PROMOTION PERIOD:

  Begins at 12:00 am Central Time on 08/01/2014
  and ends at 11:59 pm Central Time on 11/30/2014

• ELIGIBILITY:

  The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older as of 08/01/2014. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• PRIZES:

  1. 5 Grand Prizes: TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID LE 2015
  2. 5 First Place Prizes: 1 ounce of 9999 gold
  3. 5 Second Place Prizes: Samsung Galaxy S5
  4. 5 Prizes for * Retailers: $2,000 USD
     * Special prize for V247 retailers who sold to the Sweepstakes Winner

• HOW TO ENTER:

  The sweepstakes is open to everyone and customers who utilizes V247 Pinless, V247 Phone Card, V247 Mobile, and V247 Power. Based on the monthly usage by each customer, at the end of the month, the tickets will be awarded as follows:
  1. Customers using V247 pinless, V247 phone cards and V247 Mobile:

     Amount/ services used	Number of tickets
     1. Domestic or international calls from the U.S.	$10/ 1 ticket
     	$25/ 3 tickets
     	$50/ 7 tickets
     	$100/ 15 tickets
     2. One Click To Call	3 bonus tickets (for each original phone number that uses One Click To Call during the promotional program period). Bonus tickets are additional to the tickets above.
     3. Follow Me	10 bonus tickets (for each pinless account number that registers with Follow Me during the promotional period). Bonus tickets are additional to the tickets above.
     4. Call international from Vietnam	same number of tickets as Box 1 above

     For example: Customers used $30 of phone services in July. At the end of July, the system will automatically create 3 tickets for the customer's account. The $5 balance will be applied in August toward the next eligible award ticket.
  2. V247 Power Customers:
     Based on the monthly power usage, customers may receive tickets as follows:

     $50	3 ticket
     $100	7 ticket

     NOTES:

     1. New customers to V247 Power will receive 20 tickets during the promotion period. (Each household or business is eligible to enroll one time).
     2. Month-to-month clients are not eligible as "new" customers.
     3. Existing customer with renewed contract for 6 months or longer: are considered as new customer.
     4. The maximum tickets awarded to each household or business is 28 tickets per month.
     5. The balance from the previous month's amount will be carried over to the next month's award ticket.

     For example: Customers used $30 of phone services in August. At the end of August, the system will automatically create 3 tickets for the customer's account. The $5 balance will be carried over toward the next eligible award ticket in September.

  3. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES:
     By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the V247 "Company" and the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

• HOW TO WIN:

  1. Computer generated Award Tickets:
     The computer system will automatically generate award ticket(s) based on the amount customer used in the month.
     Example: in August, customers use V247 telecom services with the amount $35. From September 20th, customer can use 1 of the 5 above ways to check 3 available tickets. The balance amount of $10 will be added to the amount used in September to issue tickets in October and customer can see the tickets issued in second round from October 20^th onward.

     Attention:

     1. Award tickets for V247 Telecom and V247 Power are computed before taxes.
     2. Award tickets of the previous month will be available in the system by the 20^th of the following month.
        Example: Customer uses $35 of V247 telecom services in August. On the 20th of the following month (September), customers can check and verify the award tickets received.
     3. Customer must be using V247 services AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE PRIZES.
        Example: Customer received 3 award tickets in September, but customer stopped using V247 and/or canceled the account by December 2014. The tickets are void.

  3. Grand Prize Drawing:
     - Time: December 13, 2014 at 8:00 pm Central Time.
     The special award ceremony will be broadcast LIVE via VIETV and live streaming on www.VIETV.com.
     - Attendance: Regional and local customers, retailers, media representatives will be in attendance.
  4. Sweepstakes Results and Award Acceptance:
     - The results of the drawing will be available live on VIETV channels and on the websitewww.v247.com. Company representative will contact the winners directly with the news, inform to winners directly and broadcasted live on VIETV right after the information is available.
     - Employees of V247 are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes promotion.
     - Agents who sold V247 products and services to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes winners will receive $2,000 in cash prize.

• GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  1. Winners must show required verification that s/he is the authorized V247 Mobile account holder such as: receipt of payment on the account, phone contract in the winner's name... etc... If the winner cannot provide any proof that s/he is the authorized account holder, V247 Mobile hereby reserves the rights to hold the Prize for 3 months. During the 3-month period, if there is no other person claims ownership of the phone number/account, V247 will grant the Prize to the person currently using the phone number associated with the winning ticket.
  2. Verification of eligibility: For customers using V247 Mobile, the winner must have an active account during the Sweepstakes promotion period. Customers using V247 Power must show proof of a valid contract with V247 Power and must be an active customer on the date of the drawing. The person whose name is on the contract will be recipient of the prize.
  3. Grand Prize Winner: In the event that an account has several telephone numbers, the owner of the account with most usage in the last 3 months will be selected as the Winner. The Company is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the person(s) who makes payments on the account and the account user(s) if these are different parties. If V247 Mobile cannot reach the Winner after 3 months after the sweepstakes drawing date, or the Winner does not claim the prize; the prize will be voided.
  4. Customers must be 18 years or older to participate in the V247 Sweepstakes.
  5. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  6. V247 reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and will not be held responsible for any claims or disputes that may arise from the decision.
  7. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Company to use Winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media without additional payment, consideration, consent or review.
  8. V247 reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with a cash prize award, if the intended prize is not available or for any reason, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
  9. V247 reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes Drawing date due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to, as acts of Gods (earthquakes, tornadoes, fire, floods), or war, terrorism, blockades, riots, or medical epidemics. In the event that the Company cancels the Sweepstakes, the monetary value of the prizes will be donated to various charitable non-profit organizations.
  10. By participating, Entrants agree to release V247, their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including any human or technical errors caused by the third party conducting the Sweepstakes drawing.
  11. By participating, Entrants agree to release V247, their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, losses, including, but not limited to any technical malfunctions, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, injury or damage to Entrants, resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.
